We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal and bank transfers. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the photoshoot or event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot or event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Do you travel outside of Seattle?

Yes, we are available for travel outside of Seattle. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location. Please contact us for a custom quote.

How long does it take to receive my edited photos?

The turnaround time for receiving your edited photos varies depending on the type of photoshoot and the number of images. For portrait sessions, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-3 weeks. For weddings and events, the turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks.

Do you provide raw, unedited photos?

No, we do not provide raw, unedited photos. Our editing process is an integral part of our artistic style and ensures that you receive the highest quality images possible.

Can I purchase additional images beyond what is included in my package?

Yes, you can purchase additional images beyond what is included in your package. The price per additional image is $25.

Are prints included in the package?
